PRIVACY POLICY - This is a must for your website, and they can get pricey, so I have a few options for you.
The first option is you can use the lawyer I use and love for all my legal business needs (contracts, privacy policies, etc...) - Berkley Sweetapple - you will love her! The second option is Termly - they have great resources and a Privacy Policy generator - https://termly.io/products/privacy-policy-generator/
And the third option is you can do some research and find you own, just make sure you research well, since this is a legal requirement.
Once you have chosen one / created one you can copy and paste it into the text box, and then you can expand the length of the canvas if you need to, over in the panel on the right under "canvas" (when you are not clicked on any canvas elements) - make sure you adjust mobile as well.
